We are excited to announce that registration for the second SportsHCI conference is officially open! Rates are shown below and are reflected in the registration form; early bird registration fees apply until September 30th.

 

Participation to SportsHCI'26 is in-person only. We have different pricing by the country of your current home address; see the list of countries in each category on this page below. If your current home address is in one of the countries listed in category H or I, please contact the Local Arrangements Chair local@sportshci2026.com before registration!

If you are an ACM member, please enter your ACM membership number during registration.

Accessibility Requests, Dietary Requirements, & Visa Support Letters

For participants who require a visa support letter, have dietary requirements or have accessibility requirements, we encourage you to let us know during the registration process. We are committed to creating an inclusive event and will make every reasonable effort to accommodate accessibility needs and dietary requirements whenever possible. Please note, however, that we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled.

To allow sufficient time for planning and processing, both accessibility requests and requests for visa support letters must be submitted by September 30. Requests received after this date may not be able to be accommodated.

Refunds

Registration fees may be refundable, minus a 10% processing fee of fees paid, if the cancellation is made before September 30th. Please contact the Local Arrangements Chair local@sportshci2026.com in case you need to cancel your participation.
